Booking Policy
A non-refundable booking-fee of 30% is required at the time of booking for all services. Your appointment is not secured until the fee has been received. Please note, this is a non-refundable fee.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made via Fresha, through your booking confirmation email/text message, or in person.
Cancellations made through social media, voicemail, or third-party messaging services will not be accepted.
* Cancellations made with 48 hours or less notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
* Non-refundable booking-fee will be retained for any cancelled appointment.
Please ensure you receive confirmation that your cancellation has been processed to avoid any cancellation fees.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment value.
Where a booking fee has already been paid, the remaining balance will be charged as a no-show fee.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Escape by Sarah, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and cancellation policies.
Payment Policy
We reserve the right to require payment in full or a deposit before confirming an appointment.
Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before any future appointments can be booked.
